Choose between Woodpecker Cottage, sleeping 4, Kingfisher Cottage, sleeping 6 and Mallard Cottage, sleeping 8. All are tastefully decorated, full of character and equiped with everything you need for a carefree stay. Televisions, videos, washing machines, fridges, dishwashers, full size cookers and microwaves are all provided as are all linen and towels. Each cottage has central heating and two have open fires. Mallard Cottage has good disabled access. Children are most welcome - we can provide cots and highchairs if required - and outside they will love the play area with its swings, slide and climbing frame. A barbecue is available.

Guests can relax in our garden and enjoy the birdsong and peace of the countryside along with the splendid views of Pendle Hill. It's about 3/4 of a mile to the village post office and shop, and there are several good local pubs serving food.

Springhead Farm Holiday Cottages make a wonderful base for visiting the Yorkshire Dales, Lake District, West Coast and many bustling market towns. It is excellent walking country, the Settle Carlisle railway is close by, and there are a myriad of pretty villages to discover. Or stay round the farm, and see the cattle, calves and free range hens.
