Bolton-by-Bowland Cricket Club Annual Tour
2007 Prague: Prague won by 6 runs. Although the games were important the match report will be brief. Bolton’s best player was Mick Stott from Waddington. He qualified by being son in law of John Hill – the day tour cultural guide. The tour guide on nightshift was Gary Fawcett ably supported at the hip by Mick Smalley. Mick Stott also won the prize for best tour man having the courtesy not to disturb Harris and the chairman in the small hours on his return from his nocturnal wanderings.
