Seed and Booth win game for Bolton.

Chris Seed and Stephen Booth both bowled and batted well to secure a fine win for Bolton over their near neighbours. The home side averaged 4 an over with Taylor (46) and Ainsworth (43) contributing the bulk of the runs. Simon Reynolds entered the catch of the season competition with an 8/10 c&b but was eclipsed by Booth who took two catches one of which scored 9.

Bolton’s innings started well with a quick 20 from Mark Carlton but then a collapse left the visitors on 39 for 5 before Seed and Booth knocked off the runs.
