Holmefield: BBB won toss; BBB beat Rathmell by 37 runs.

In a game that might have been cancelled, had John Hill not been in Greece, BBB beat Rathmell with a good all round batting and bowling performance. Bolton elected to bat on a wet wicket; Joe Bunyan made a solid 41 supported by Jono who, when attempting his third six, was out c&b off Snowdon for 35. Chris Seed turned the game Bolton’s way scoring 52 off 51 balls. Keith White took 3 wickets for the second successive week and Mark Glover took a wonderful catch and dismissed his mathematics teacher R Barton. Geometry and fractions all week for Mark then!! Metcalfe offered some resistance but Rathmell fell short of the run rate required tied up by the fast accurate bowling of Jono and Stephen Booth.
